Processing Time 

We appreciate your support and patience with our shipping process. We are small locally run business, still working our full-time jobs. Please note that our processing times are 3-5 business days, excluding shipping. For U.S orders, shipping time will take an additional 3-10 business days. Please note that orders are not processed on holidays. ​

Shipping Rates

Shipping within the USA is a flat rate of $6. Please note orders of 10 more socks will incur higher shipping fees, so we kindly you to email us before making such a purchase.

For international inquiries, please reach out via email for shipping rates.

Delivery Issues & Missing Packages

Issues with lost, stolen, or damaged packages, we recommend reaching out to the shipping provider promptly. They can assist you in locating your package or help you file a claim. Please be aware that By way of Sea is not responsible for any issues that may arise from shipping carriers.

We would like to remind our customers that we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees. Thank you for your understanding!

Return & Exchange Policy

​Thank you for your purchase! We want you to be completely satisfied with your product, which is why we accept exchanges of unworn products with tags, in their original packaging, within 7 days after receiving product. To initiate an exchange, please provide proof of purchase, including your order number or original receipt. Your satisfaction is our priority!

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to us right away after receiving your order. Kindly note that By Way of Sea is not responsible for any additional shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges.
